seriously. this is the best mouse trap! i’ve used all kinds, we don’t poison because we would hate to lose other animals to it. our dogs occasionally catch mice, or find dead ones, and so do our chickens. it would be terrible to lose them to mouse poison!
at our old house we had a 5 gallon bucket of a certain home improvement store in our barn, and always found dead mice in it. it’s easy enough for them to get in, but too tall for them to jump out. we always marveled at how well it inadvertently worked as a trap (it didn’t start out intended that way!). this makes it even easier! they climb up the mouse stairs and then fall in the lid. the lid only swings one way, so they really can’t get out! I caught 6 last night. and 5 a couple days before that.
it fits on any 5 gallon bucket and is so easy to use!
